YouTube Sensations SIDEMEN recreated the computer game Fall Guys in real life using our Inflatable Labyrinth Challenge!
When we got the call from Sidemen management asking us for The Labyrinth Challenge we just had to assist them with their quirky project.
What a great day it was - Sidemen stars; Simon, Josh, Ethan, Vik, Tobi, JJ and Harry donned fancy dress outfits and armed with an army of camera crew set about filming their scenes on our giant Inflatable Course.
The video was then edited and launched a week later where to date it has received over 5.5million views via their social media channel.
The entire shoot was a huge success and this is what their management team had to say about us;

FINAL FANTASY
BRIEF
We were given the task of providing entertainment and attractions for the product launch of a new online version of the game Final Fantasy. All the attractions needed to be branded or themed to be tied in with different aspects of the game. The attractions we provided needed to feel like they were part of the game and immerse the attendants into the world of Final Fantasy in central London.
We presented various options that could work with the game and the ideas that we used were:
Safe Archery – Branded and themed for the event
Batak Wall – Themed for the event
Giant Buzzer Wooden – Custom made buzzers produced for the event
Photo Booth – Custom branded outer skins and custom green screen images
Rodeo Bull Simulator Ride – Rather than just having a rodeo bull we suggested producing an actual character from the game
SAFE Archery
With the provided art work we made custom branding and theming to make this attraction part of the event, with the title Elezen Archery, this attraction took an aspect of the game and let everyone have a go at archery in a very confined space.
Giant Buzzers
We have these in stock, but for this event they just didn’t seem quite right. We set about having some custom made buzzers made that were more suited to the theming of the event and that would fit in better with the atmosphere. We also provided branding for these.
Photo Booth
Always a popular attraction at any event. We branded the outer skins with the Final Fantasy logo. Our photo booths are state of the art and we can change our green screen options at the push of a button! We changed it so that we could use still shots from the game as green screen images for the event. We also customised the prints themselves and these were branded with the Final Fantasy logo.
Rodeo Bull
Again, an extremely popular attraction on its own, but we thought this was again not right for this event. We suggested producing a custom made attachment that would be an exact replica of one of the characters. The client chose the Behemoth! After some initial hand drawings, we then produced a full digital representation of what it would look like from the digital files we received from the client. After making some slight alterations to make allowances for safety and clearance issues we had a complete digital drawing to work from.
The first stage was to machine the beast from foam in order to create the mould. After the mould was created we could then produce a raw form, which could then be worked on. It was then hand worked and then painted and the horns and hair were attached.
The result was an exact replica of the Behemoth from the game. This was the centre of attraction at the event with even the game creators not quite believing that one of their characters was bought to life with such detail and accuracy.
Overall, Simply The Best Events provided and created the attractions that suited the theme and feel of the event with resounding success.
Simply The Best Events have always worked with Girl Guiding and Scout groups and offer great discounts and packages for Local, National and International camps. Two camps in particular which we have provided attractions and infrastructure for are Magic & Mayhem and Wellies & Wristbands.
Brief
To provide similar quality attractions over multiple locations on the same event date and making the experience the same no matter which camp the girls went too.
Magic & Mayhem
There are 3 simultaneous events that run over the same weekend at different venues in the UK; Lancashire, Hampshire and East Sussex. The brief was to provide the girls that attend with a similar quality experience at each site.
Wellies & Wristbands
There are 2 simultaneous events run over the same weekend at different venues in the UK; Lancashire and Hampshire. The brief was to provide the girls that attend with a similar quality experience at each site.
Owning one of the UKs largest stock of fun attractions, we were able to provide what Girl Guiding needed for these events. We were able to provide each site with similar, if not identical, equipment so that no matter which venue you were at, the experience would be the same!
Brief
Simply The Best Events were asked to provide a Kids Zone to complement the Sunshine Festival. The annual festival has a large percentage of families attending so we were asked to provide a full range of attractions that would cater for the whole family to enjoy. It was agreed that we would deliver, install and operate a Family Zone within the main festival field.
At Simply The Best Events we love all kinds of events and that includes those big old summer festivals. We have worked at many festivals in the past and we can bring as much as your festival needs. We are experienced in providing whole entertainment villages or just a few attractions for smaller festivals.
At the Sunshine Festival we supplied an entire Kids Zone. We supplied all the favourites that we know are loved by all kids and also a full range to cater from toddlers to adults. With the ability to offer festival goers a fair price for the attractions and make sure there was something for everyone, including something to eat and drink!
We bought with us over 25 attractions, power, fencing, branding, signs and our fun foods stall too. We were then ready to set up and provide the festival goers with fun and something to keep them going. Our pricing structure was fair and gave the customers a range to choose from as we offered single tokens, daily and weekend passes.
The festival was a great success with record ticket sales and our fun zone was received well and had great reviews.
International Tour Company
At Simply The Best Events we do not restrict ourselves to the UK. We are more than happy to pack up and head off to where ever we are needed. This year we have been privileged to work with one client that has taken us to a few locations over the summer.
Of course we travel on a regular basis but for this one we had several connected events over a couple of months with different briefs for each one.
Brief
To provide a wide range of attractions to multiple events at multiple international locations throughout the summer and generally help with logistics of the events along with set up, running and de-rig.
Holland
We provided branding for several aspects of this event including banners, boards, table mats, stamps, postcards, maps, giant garden games, projectors and screens and our state of the art photo booths with client logo on the prints and custom green screen backgrounds. Not only did we provide the equipment but were instrumental in the set up and running of the event.
Switzerland
We provided outdoor and indoor attractions including photo booths, bungee run, obstacle course, human table football, giant garden games, air hockey tables, table football, table tennis tables, skittle alley, popcorn and candy floss.
Kempton
We provided a large amount of attractions for the finale event of the summer. The attractions included photo booths, land zorbs, human table football, rodeo bull, volley ball, nerf combat arena, fun fair stalls, bar fly, obstacle course, gladiator duel, bungee run, 5-a-side football pitch, garden games, penalty shoot out, pool tables, table tennis tables and face painters.
At Simply The Best Events we have over 350 attractions own and operated in house. As you can imagine we generally have something for everyone. That is why we are often asked to supply equipment for product launches. All our kit can be branded for these occasions and adds some customer participation and an excellent photo opportunity for the event too. We have supplied items like our giant Scalextric, bungee trampoline, photo booth, Batak, F1 Simulators, SAFE archery, LED Bar, rodeo bull and climbing walls.
Our equipment can add an extra dimension to a product launch and increase valuable customer interaction making that experience with your brand stick in their minds for that bit longer and increasing the chance that it will be posted on social media. We have also provided equipment for films and TV.
