Seeing The Labyrinth Challenge reach millions and claim YouTube fame through their hit video ‘Sidemen Fall Guys in Real Life’, it showed just how engaging the course can be in real-world filming scenarios.
How Did We Help The Sidemen?
The Sidemen were on the hunt for the right equipment to replicate the online video game, Fall Guys. The game consists of obstacles that the player must overcome. With The Labyrinth Challenge boasting inflatable, bouncy challenges, we knew that we could step up to the plate to provide a course that ticked all their boxes.
Taking advantage of The Labyrinth Challenge’s modular structure, we were able to incorporate biff ‘n’ bashes, slides, corkscrews and a whole lot more into The Sidemen’s course, challenging them to overcome a fresh obstacle every step of the way. This meant we weren’t just supplying equipment; we were tailoring a course specifically for high-energy video production.
How Did the Event Go?
When The Sidemen turned up, the event went smoothly from start to finish. We set up the course in advance, so everything was ready to go when everyone arrived. This early setup also meant the production team could begin planning their shots immediately, keeping the filming schedule running smoothly.
From the filming side of the day to The Sidemen muddling their way through the course, it was a successful shoot! The Sidemen’s team are professionals, and we know that all they needed to focus on was creating a great video. We worked with The Sidemen’s team to choose the right length, obstacles and took every responsibility to make sure their team had no work to do. Everything was taken care of, and all The Sidemen had to do was turn up and have fun!
